Alexander has been trying his hand at bike riding this week. He really loves to "Brake", but is getting the concept. Much more than Eric did at 3! Ofcourse, Alex has fallen off twice in one day, and got right back on. Which is not a trait of the elder ;). Alex often abandon's the bike to take off running around our "circle" driveway. We always said he'd do laps, and that is exactly what he does. Full-tilt right around and comes back barely blowing. A definite born runner.

Well on 9/10 Eric lost tooth number two! Here is Eric's new toothless smile!
School is going great for both guys. I don't have any pictures of Alex from today, as he was napping. Yes, naps have begun again for Alexander. Although, todays was in the car, which is not as rejuvenating as a bed nap!
Alexander is enjoying school and making new friends. Bring out the choo-choos and he'll play at that the whole time... try to transition out of it, and well tantrum! He's very good at sharing and is learning more and more.
Eric got an outstanding letter from his teacher yesterday about knowing all the sounds the letters make and speaking up was our major kudos. He's tired this week, 5 days a week is a big transition, and a busy weekend on top of that makes this week even harder. But he loves the school bus, recess, and lunch.

2nd Milestone in one week...
Well, Eric lost his first tooth this morning while eating breakfast. Extremely proud of his toothlessness, he handed over his little chicklet for me to watch over, until he places it under his pillow for the toothfairy's visit tonight. For some reason, he's under the impression that the toothfairy is a rich woman, and leaves tons of money for teeth. We're talking expectations in the hundreds of dollars! :) He also was very inquisitive about what the toothfairy does with all his teeth, which ofcourse she displays on her shelves, and maybe makes a necklace out of them.
I also said losing his first tooth would be more tramatic than going to kindy, at this point, I'm numb! LOL
Eric is extremely pleased with his toothlessness. I'm still reeling from all this change :)

First Day of School...
Alexander started the day with his first day at school. Less concerned with "nonni" as its the same classroom and same teacher as before. He had a bit of a tough day, the class was almost double what he's used to, and longer. He ran right into the classroom and had a huge smile going in!
Eric's first day, started with his kindergarten bus pick up, which Alex, Mama, and Dada came too. Doesn't he look so proud! His favorite part of today, was the bus ride.
Looks like the toothfairy will be coming REALLY soon. I am definitely not an expert on teeth, and their likelyhood of falling out soon. But take a look at the bottom, and see that this tooth will likely be on a fairy journey really soon!
Wahh, sending your oldest to Kindy AND losing a tooth in the same week(s)... is HARD!
